Associate Planner Geisler stated that a landscaping plan has been submitted and is generally <br />acceptable with some minor revisions, as outlined in the City Staff Review Letter. She indicated <br />that City Code requires 1 parking space for each 250 square feet of floor space for retail <br />buildings over 20,000 square feet. He <br />stated they could increase it if that is the direction the Planning Commission wants to go. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he Wants to hide the loading dock from the street.
