For 12,000 square feet of office space a total of 40 parking spaces are required; <br />thc site plan shows 40 parking spaces. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Office Condominums site will share utility lines with the Slumberland Site <br />to the cast. <br /> <br />The submitted grading and drainage-plans will require some revision to ensure they <br />comply with the overall grading and drainage plan that was approved with the original <br />Rivenwick Village subdivision. <br /> <br />Rccmnmcndation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of the site plan, contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff review letter and the Developer signing a Development Permit with the City. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve the proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />review letter dated August 19, 2005 and the Developer signing a Development Permit <br />with the City. / <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny the site plan. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
