She stated the site is cu~ently <br />zoned Mixed-Use PUD. She indi4ated that as P ~b~::the MU-PUD District, B-2 Business <br />District standards will be used to evaluate the site plhk:~mposal. She stated that lot coverage for <br />the site plan has been calculated at 22%. She added that the'proposed site plan meets all setback <br />requirements. _ - <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler explained th~tC[¢"::Code requires one parking space for each 300 <br />square feet of floor space for office buildi'figs. She stated that Staff is recommending that the <br />utility lines fbr both this site pl~ and the Slumberland proposal to the east be relocated to the <br />common property line, and placed within a drainage and utiliW easement. <br /> <br />Associate Pla~er Geisler stated that the submi~ed gading and drainage plans will require some <br />revision to ensure they comply with the overall grading and drainage plan that was approved <br />with the original Riven~iCk Village subdivision.
