Management <br />Organization (LRRWMO) for review and approval. A permit must be obtained from the <br />LRRWMO. <br /> <br />Access: Access to this site is proposed from one access onto 139th Lane. The access must line up <br />with the existing access on the south side of 139th Lane. Pedestrian ramps will need to be. <br />constructed across this new access, by the Developer. MnDOT has provided verbal' comments on <br />the plan and will require that any existing accesses onto Highway 10 be closed. No direct access <br />to Highway 10 will be permitted. Mn_DOT has also stated that no left turns onto Feldspar from <br />Highway [0 will be permitted. <br /> <br />Outside Agency Re¥ie~/: Although this development is not proposing to gain acCess from State <br />Highway #10, the City is required to notify MnDOT when dev.elopment occurs adjacent to a <br />State [-1 ighway. Staff has received Verbal comments from MnDOT, which are discussed above. <br /> <br /> <br />
