Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City is interested in seeing that at some time that connedtion happens. She indicated that at some time the residents in that arca will want sewer and water, and Staff is interested in having connectivity .between neighborhoods. Mr. Hamburg stated the he feels the lots on the south are too small to abut to five acre parcels. Chairperson Nixt asked how wide the conservation easernent Would be.
