He asked if it would be possible to aRach the outlot to Traprock <br />Co,nons; then Traprock~Commons could decide what to do. <br /> <br />Mr. Pcterson asked if it woulrtbe possible to deed it to the City, with the condition that it remain <br />an outlot until the time that Traprock has sewer and water <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson stated that would be possible if the City would accePt it. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt indicated he would be concerned about that, as it could pit neighbor against <br />neighbor. He asked if Traprock has a Homeowner's Association. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamburg stated they are in the process of developing one.
