ORDINANCE NO. 05-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-46 WHICH ORDINANCE <br />F, STABLISHES PER3'IIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES <br />TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />qbe City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of <br />P,.amsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br /> <br />The puq~ose of this Ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 04-46 which is an ordinance <br />establishing the Permit Fees, Service Charges and Other Fees that will be collected' by the City in <br />year 2005. This is ka~own as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />SECYION 3. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 3 of' Ordinance No. 04-46 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />The 2005 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is amended to provide that for all <br />lots within plats re6orded with the Anoka County Recorder's Office between <br />January l, 2004 ,and December 31, 2004, the Utility Rates/Sewer Rate Connection <br />Charge/Residential Equivalent shall be $1,100.00 per residential unit and the <br />Utility Rates/Water Rate Connection Charge/Residential Equivalent shall be <br />$1,862.00 per residential unit. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 30 day. s after its passage and publication, subject to Cky <br />Chin-ret Section 5.04. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />2O05. <br /> <br />EXPIRATION DATE.
