Our intent is to meet with each property individually starting on the east <br />side of'the project and working our way to the west. <br /> <br />Staf'l' is asking for authorization to begin negotiations by hiring the Tinklenberg Group <br />l'or a cost of $85,000 (attached proposal) and Prosource Technologies for a cost of <br />$?7,000. At the time of case preparation, the proposal from ProSource was not able to be <br />sct~t due to a network problem in their office. The proposal for ProSource would cover <br />easement preparation, title work, adjustments necessary through the negotiations, <br />easement exhibit preparation, etc. Staff will be receiving this on Monday and will verify <br />that the scope of services for the intended work is commensurate to the amount stated <br />above.
