In an attempt to <br />answer thc concerns raised by John Noard's letter, staff contacted Mr. Noard, along with Pro <br />Sporting Goods owner Mint Kuker. Mr. Kuker indicated he presently tests vehicles directly <br />adjacent to his business. If that land were to be sold, he would not have a location to test drive <br />machi~es. 'Ibc mechanics arc required to wear a helmet when test driving the vehicles. Staff <br />proposes the l'ollowing change to thc ordinance: <br /> <br />6.04.07: Test Driving.
