A future com!dction is also shown in the southeast comer of the plat. The cul-de-sac off of <br />Alpine Drive exceeds the 600-foot length restriction in City Code; Staff is recommending that <br />either these tots be platted in phases, or that a temporary access be provided to Nowthen Drive, in <br />line with the existing City Hall access.
