Park Dedication: The park dedication fee will be addressed through the Tax Increment <br />Financing Agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be paid through <br />the Tax increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Sewer and water trunk charges will be paid through <br />the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />RE U Number: This property will be subject to a storm water utility charge. The <br />quarterly charge is dependent upon the number of residential equivalent units (REU). The <br />total impervious surface coverage is 55%, resulting in a REU of 11.7. If the future <br />addition is completed to the same di'mensions as outlined in the current site plan, the <br />impervious surf~'tce will be 76% of the total site, resulting in a REU of 15.0.
