2.10 YEAR: Three hundred sixty-five (365) days. <br />2.11 WRITTEN NOTICE. An EMPLOYEE who voluntarily terminates his or her <br />employment must give the EMPLOYER fourteen (14) days written notice. <br />2.11 REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE: Any employee working a regularly <br />scheduled work week of 30 hours per week. This employee is eligible for vacation <br />time, sick leave, holiday pay and health and life insurance coverage. <br />REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEE: Any employee working a regularly <br />scheduled work week, averaging at least 14 hours per week. This employee is <br />eligible for holiday pay, and vacation and sick leave based on the number of hours <br />worked during any given pay period. This employee is not eligible for health and <br />life insurance. <br />TEMPORARY FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE: Any non -student employee working a <br />regularly scheduled work week of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 640 <br />hours in a calendar year. This employee is not eligible for vacation time, sick leave, <br />holiday pay or health and life insurance. Students may work up to 100 days per <br />calendar year and still be considered temporary employees. <br />TEMPORARY PART-TIME EMPLOYEE: Any non -student employee working <br />on an on -call basis up to a maximum of 640 hours per calendar year. This employee <br />banks no vacation time, sick leave, or holiday pay, and is not eligible for health and <br />life insurance. <br />TEMPORARY FULL-TIME AND/OR TEMPORARY PART-TIME DUES <br />PAYING EMPLOYEE AS PER MINNESOTA STATUTE 179A.03 SUBD. 14 <br />PUBLIC EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYEE. Any employee EMPLOYEE working ai <br />temporaryin a temporary capacity rnaintcnance-worker for up to a maximum of 180 <br />calendar days between April 1 and October 31 each yi.,ar in a calendar year. <br />Employees EMPLOYEES who are scheduled to work up to a maximum of 180 <br />days in a calendar year will be subject to paying union dues beginning the meet the <br />terms of Article 3 — Recognition on the first day of their employment.
