CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />2.01: Communications Quarterly Update - Q3 2021 <br /> <br />rd <br />Communications and Events Coordinator Thorstad reviewed the 3 Quarter Communications <br />Update, including the months of July, August and September 2021. The Council had requested <br />quarterly updates as a part of the Communications strategic plan that was approved in March 2021. <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma asked if the website was due for refreshing soon. <br /> <br />Communications and Events Coordinator Thorstad confirmed it is due in 2022. <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma commented that he has received feedback that the website is difficult to navigate <br />and asked if tracking is being done on complaints regarding navigation. <br />City Council Work Session / November 23, 2021 <br />Page 1 of 15 <br /> <br />
