Not everyone will be able to drive the truck or sit in the captain's seat. Criteria will be <br />determined for being able to drive or be in the captain's seat of the track. It is possible <br />testing will be done to qualify. <br /> <br />Thc Department will also have to plan on the truck's placement at scenes. <br /> <br />GRASS #2 <br /> <br />· Thc old truck will be delivered to Willow River. The slide unit is at Public Works. <br /> <br />After the September business meeting firefighters will go through the new grass truck and <br />prepare it for use. <br /> <br />MI)T <br /> <br />· [,ogis (the City's IT) has made the loop necessary for it's use and will test it later this week. <br /> A printer will be needed. <br /> <br />EXCESS INVENTORY <br /> <br />· Thc SCBA, compressor, and cascade system have been declared as excess inventory. A <br /> notice for accepting sealed bids is the next step in the process of selling the equipment. <br /> <br />One of cach style will be kept for historical purposes. <br /> <br />IIU RNS COVERAGE <br /> <br />· Thc contract is in the process of being finalized. <br /> <br />· Thc Department is requesting a list of people they should report incidents to and who is the <br /> cmcrgency management person. <br /> <br />· A monthly activity report will be given to Bums. <br /> <br />° Thc l)cpartment needs to be notified of burning regulations, however, the Sheriff will take <br /> carc of illegal burns. <br /> <br />TOWN CENTER UPDATE <br /> <br />There will be three parking ramps. They will have ground plus one deck of parking. <br />Of/iccrs discussed possible ways to handle such things as a vehicle fire, what equipment to <br />use, which vehicle and what would need to be purchased.
