Central Communications will determine who to send to the scene. · ChicfKapler will invoice Bums for calls made. In ChiefKapler's absence Assistant Chief } Ioxtcr will handle the billing process. · Thc Sheriff's Department will determine ifa ticket is to be issued. The Sheriff's Department uses a towing company out of St. Francis. I,;NI) OF YEAR INTERVIEWS It is once again time for year end interviews. Interviews will take approximately 20 minutes with firefighters meeting with Chief Kapler and the assistant chief from the alternate station. Itctns to be discussed are: training, communication to firefighters, familiarity of equipment, number of new firefighters and how they should be added (all at once or in small groups), officers ability to listen to the issues, the alpha-numeric pagers and anything the firefighter wishes to discuss off the record. · It was suggested chiefs also discuss the status of Station #2, both short and long term. IIANQUET DATE · At a previous meeting it was voted on to change the banquet date from October to February. Fir¢tlghters decided the date in February should be the last Saturday of the month. The next banquet will be February 2005. IS() · OFficer Streich will be full time in the Fire Department beginning in 2004, so this will help in thc completion of the ISO process. OFFICER SELECTION · Positions up for selection are Chief2, Captain 12, Lieutenant 2, and Training Officer.
