Dean reviewed the City's sexual harassment policy. <br /> <br />Rick Ketcher will be at the station on November 12, 1998 to talk to the Department and City <br />staffon investments. The booklets will be free to the fire fighters. <br /> <br />Tom Hoxter volunteered to give a thirty to forty-five minute presentation to a group of scouts at <br />Ramsey Elementary School November 5, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION COUNCIL <br /> <br />· There will he a multiple cities disaster drill in April 1999. <br /> <br />· City employees on the Fire Department will be an issue in the future. <br /> <br />OFFICER APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />· Attached to the agenda is a list of officer responsibilities. <br /> <br />· The one's are up for application. <br /> <br />SOG'S REVIEW <br /> <br /> Attached to the agenda is a list of the current SOG's. The officers will review the list and <br /> corec to the December meeting prepared to discuss them. <br /> <br />BYLAW CHANGES <br /> <br />· Dean will update the bylaw changes. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE'S <br /> <br />· The Duluth fire truck will be here tomorrow, November 4, 1998 approximately 6:00 p.m. <br />GOLF TOURNAMENT 99 <br /> <br /> A tournament at The Links at Northfork would include a golf cart and tournament fee for <br /> $40-$45, if food is included it would be $45 to $50. The Department would make about $5 <br /> per person.
