· Engine One and Tanker One had pump certification completed. <br /> <br />· Garage doors have been painted. Thank you to those who helped. <br /> <br />Things to be done in September include, nozzle lock on Engine One and Tanker Two, pump <br />pack holders to be installed on the Grass Rigs, and work on the opticon receiver <br />misalignment at Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />· Installation of a new foam pro would be $4,675. There are no funds available this year, <br /> however, it is something the Department can focus on next year. <br /> <br />RADIOS/PA GERS/TURNOUT GEAR/MAPS <br /> <br />Officer Sharp reviewed the Radios/Pagers/Turnout Gear/Maps report. <br /> <br />· One set of gear is in for repair. The cost is $13.00. <br /> <br />Thc two newest fire fighters have been issued gear, except for a pair of boots that are on back <br />order. <br /> <br />Two flashlights were ordered. Fire fighters left to receive flashlights are Chad, Jerry, Todd <br />and Mike. <br /> <br />· Officer Sharp will order a King battery. <br /> <br />· Engraved name plates for the pictures have been ordered. <br /> <br />· Eight pair of boots were ordered, six fire fighters received a pair and two pair have not been <br /> received. <br /> <br />· Three sets of turn out gear were received. They went to Fire Fighters Gerdes, Abbott and <br /> Schiferli. <br /> <br />INCIDENT REPORT <br /> <br />Chi ef Kapler reviewed the Incident report. <br /> <br />· In August there were twenty-six calls, of which thirteen were rescue and thirteen were fire. <br /> Total dollar damage for August was $250,000. <br /> <br />· Year to date, there have been two hundred twelve calls, of which seventy-six were rescue and <br /> one hundred thirty-six were fire.
