ILLEGAL BURN CALL RESPONSE <br /> <br />'l'h c 1 )epartment will try a company response to illegal burns beginning October 1 st. <br /> <br />An ongoing evaluation will take place. A company response will continue throughout fourth <br />quarter unless it does not work, at which time an immediate return to full response will take <br />place. <br /> <br />I'ERSONNEL DISTRIBUTION BETWEEN STATIONS <br /> <br />People and equipment need to get in service as fast as possible, possibly making a 50/50 split <br />not feasible. <br /> <br />Review of the nine-minute response time needs to be taken into consideration. <br /> <br /> Chief Kapler will have <br /> meeting. <br /> <br />CHIEFS CONFERENCE <br /> <br />· The Chiefs Conference will take place October 19th, 20th and 21st. <br /> attend. <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION COUNCIL UPDATE <br /> <br />staffing of the two stations completed by the October business <br /> <br />Officers are welcome to <br /> <br /> Study of the current County radio coverage has been completed. It showed Ramsey as <br /> having poor radio coverage. It would cost approximately four million dollars to repair the <br /> current system and ten million dollars to replace it. <br /> <br /> Thc Anoka County Fair Safe House was successful. Only two departments staffed for a full <br /> day, Ramsey and Coon Rapids.
