This <br />new' structure would replace the existing Park Shelter located at the southern end of Central Park. The <br />Ramscy l,ions Club has donated $185,000 towards the cost of constructing the new Park Shelter. <br /> <br /> Bids were received and opened at City Hall on Thursday, September 9th at 3:00 p.m. Six bids <br />were received ranging from $291,600 to $399,969 for the base bid. The bid alternate for the toilet <br />room shell and rough-in ranged from $41,000 to 81,721. The architects estimate for the construction <br />costs was $254,842.
