Final Plat Review: <br />September 9, 2005 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Sunflower Ridge Second Addition <br /> <br />Address Signage: The City will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the <br />units addresses) to be placed at the entrance of all private streets. The required signage <br />will assist emergency services in locating a specific unit when called to the site. The <br />address signage is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and Police <br />Chief. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The 2005 recommendation of the Park Commission for a cash <br />payment to satisfy park dedication requirements shall be applied. The current rate is <br />$2,200.00 per unit. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Trail Development and Trail Fees: The current trail development fee is $550.00 per <br />unit and is due prior to recording the plat. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a stormwater management fee. <br />The payment of this fee will be required prior to recording the plat and the current rate is <br />$384.00 per unit. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from <br />other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />lIEU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable <br />to the proposed development. The total quarterly drainage utility charge for the <br />development will be provided at the time the City receives the necessary information. <br /> <br />Thc City Council will 5'~ meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station #1, to consider the request for final plat approval.
