WHEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed revisions to the preliminary plat and site plan and recommended City <br />(k~uncil approval of same with minor modifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 11, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />Subject Property and reconfirmed the 2002 recommendation that park dedication be satisfied <br />with a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 23, 2005, the City Council reviewed the revised preliminary plat <br />and site plan and granted approva! of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 15, 2005, the Developer applied for final plat approval of the <br />Subjcct Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramscy City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunflower Ridge Second <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff Review Letter dated September 6, 2005. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />mtd thc lbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and th.e tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the [bllowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by'the Rams.ey City Council <br />this the 13th day of September, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-07-174 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
