SeDtember 9, 2005 <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat at their <br />August 1 1,2005 meeting and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash <br />payment. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: Trail Fees must be paid for new lots created prior to release of the final plat for <br />r'ecc)rcling. It should be noted that the Park and Trail Plan shows proposed trails south of Trott <br />Brook and along Nowthen Blvd on the subject property. Both trails are shown on the submitted <br />preliminary plat. The proposed trail on Nowthen Blvd. is shown within the right-of-way; this trail <br />:3hould bc located within the property boundary. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fee: The Developer and the City will need to enter into an agreement <br />addressing the financing of the sewer and water extension to this development.' <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for all new lots <br />being created.
