RTC is in the process of s4)i~g Outlets A, B, C, D and F o£the Project to Chaziu, a residential developer. C. On June 28, 20~05, RTC was granted p,reliminary plat approval for Ramsay Town Ccata 96 Addition ("RTC 9"'), whiuh plat is comlmsed of Outlets A, B, C, D and F, Ramsay Town Cenle. r Addition. D. KTC and Chazin have requested p~uission to improve KTC 9th by the consm~on ofmofld homes prio~ to final plat approval ofRTC 9tI~ E. The City is willing to permit the constru~on of model homes prior to the fmat approval and recording of the RTC 9" plat, provided ttmt such construct/on is accompanied by the installation o£th~ necessary infrastructure such as ~tme~z,, wads, a,.d_ utiltlies to serve tho said plat in e~ccudau~e with applicabk City Cod~ u~iBflaIions iu¢luclirig City Code gection 9.11.03 titled "Model Homes, Temporary Kc. al Estate Offices and Coition Trailers/Fi~ld Offices". IT IS AGREED: I.
