KTC and Chazin have requested p~uission to improve KTC 9th by the <br />consm~on ofmofld homes prio~ to final plat approval ofRTC 9tI~ <br /> <br /> E. The City is willing to permit the constru~on of model homes prior to the fmat <br />approval and recording of the RTC 9" plat, provided ttmt such construct/on is accompanied by <br />the installation o£th~ necessary infrastructure such as ~tme~z,, wads, a,.d_ utiltlies to serve tho said <br />plat in e~ccudau~e with applicabk City Cod~ u~iBflaIions iu¢luclirig City Code gection 9.11.03 <br />titled "Model Homes, Temporary Kc. al Estate Offices and Coition Trailers/Fi~ld Offices". <br /> <br />IT IS AGREED: <br /> <br /> I.
