( iou ncihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-09-XX RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-24 AND CALLING FOR THE I'REPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SAINT FRANCIS BOUI,EVARD FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS WItEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on August 10, 2004, a feasibility study lbr Improvement Project 05-24, Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road Improvements has becn prcparcd by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer and, WH EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 12, 2005 which indicates that the total project cost is estimated to be $46,011 and that the amount of this project to bc spccial assessed shall be $19,075, and that $7,863 shall be utilized from the city's trail fund, and that $19,075 will be utilized from the city's general fund. NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the I'casibility study report. 2) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution. 3) That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. 4) That the engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such i m provement. Tho motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and thc lbllowing voted against the same: and thc tbllowing abstained: and thc lbllowing were absent: whcrc upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this thc 13th day of September 2005.
