NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby rejects all bids for the making of such improvements. <br />2) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes Staff to work with SEH, Inc. to revise the <br />approved plans to reduce project costs and to monitor the bidding environment to identify <br />the most favorable time to bid the project again. <br />3) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to immediately return forthwith <br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of January, 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #22-003 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Mayor <br />
