NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />bid bonds made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of January, 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #22-021 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
