(d) Conditional uses. The following are conditional uses and require a conditional use <br />permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 117-50: <br />(9) Breweries, brewpubs, microbreweries, and taprooms. <br />Sec. 117-117. E-1 Employment District. shall be amended to include the following (additions will <br />be shown as addition): <br />(d) Conditional uses. The following are conditional uses and require a conditional use <br />permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 117-50: <br />(11) Breweries, brewpubs, microbreweries, and taprooms. <br />Sec. 117-118.
