SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #22-11 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #22-11 amends Sections 117-116, 117-117, 117-118, and 117-124 to allow breweries, <br />and taprooms as conditional uses in the E-1, E-2, and E-3 zoning districts, and brewpubs and <br />taprooms in the COR-1, COR-2/2b, and COR-3 districts as conditional uses in the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 4.
