7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Adopt Ordinance #22-01 Vacating Portions of Dolomite Street Right -of -Way and <br />Drainage and Utility Easement at 6650 Highway 10 (Project No. 22-100); Case of City <br />of Ramsey <br />City Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Ordinance #22-01 <br />vacating the Dolomite Street road right-of-way between Riverdale Drive and Highway 10 and a <br />portion of drainage and utility easement on 6650 Highway 10. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to waive the Charter <br />requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #22-01 Vacating a Portion of Platted <br />Right -of -Way and a Portion of an Easement for Drainage and Utility Purposes in the City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Heineman aye <br />Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.02: Adopt Ordinance #22-02 Vacating a Drainage and Utility Easement at 6815 McKinley <br />Street NW (Project No. 21-136); Case of Cullinan Rigging <br />City Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Ordinance #22-02 <br />vacating a drainage and utility easement on the subject property. <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that it appears the resolution numbers are different in the case. <br />City Planner Anderson commented that there was a carryover from the January 11th case. He <br />stated that the action before the Council tonight would be to adopt Ordinance #22-02. He stated <br />that at the January 11th meeting the Council adopted Resolution #22-004. <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Howell, to waive the Charter <br />requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #22-02 Vacating a Drainage and <br />Utility Easement on Lot 1, Block 1, Ebony Addition. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Heineman aye <br />City Council / January 25, 2022 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
