Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.03: Adopt Resolution #22-033 Rejecting Bids for Water Treatment Plant Trunk <br />Watermain Improvements, Improvement Project #21-08 <br />City Engineer Westby reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #22-033 <br />rejecting bids for the Water Treatment Plant Trunk Watermain Improvements, Improvement <br />Project #21-08, and authorizing staff to work with SEH, Inc. to revise the approved plans to reduce <br />project costs and to monitor the bidding environment to identify the most favorable time to bid the <br />project again. <br />Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to Adopt <br />Resolution #22-033 Rejecting Bids for Water Treatment Plant Trunk Watermain Improvements, <br />Improvement Project #21-08 and authorizing staff to work with SEH, Inc. to revise the approved <br />plans to reduce the project costs and to monitor the bidding environment to identify the most <br />favorable time to bid the project again. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Woestehoff, Musgrove, Heineman, <br />Howell, Riley, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />9.
