Record ID 1570049 <br />RE( 'B AU - 2 ?_005 <br /> <br />483383.016 <br /> <br />Board Me~nber Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-091 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON A PROPERTY LESS THAN TWO ACRES IN SIZE AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jeff & Jill Stevenson (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure on a property less than two (2) acres in size on the <br />property gcnerally known as 15900 St. Andrews Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />I,ot 15, Block 1, Northfork St. Andrews Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 7, <br />20(/5, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact fi0717 a variance to place a 1,008 square foot accessory <br />structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure placed on the Subject Property shall not be located closer than <br /> fifty4hree (53) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structure or addition shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> ol'thc accessory structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
