Record ID 1570049 RE( 'B AU - 2 ?_005 483383.016 Board Me~nber Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-04-091 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON A PROPERTY LESS THAN TWO ACRES IN SIZE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Jeff & Jill Stevenson (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on a property less than two (2) acres in size on the property gcnerally known as 15900 St. Andrews Lane NW and legally described as follows: I,ot 15, Block 1, Northfork St. Andrews Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 7, 20(/5, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact fi0717 a variance to place a 1,008 square foot accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory structure placed on the Subject Property shall not be located closer than fifty4hree (53) feet from the front property line. 3. That no other structure or addition shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in accordance with City Code. 4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. 5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction ol'thc accessory structure.
