That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That thc Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 7, 2006, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in <br />writing and filed with the City at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the original <br />variance. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Van Scoy, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br />Board Member Levine <br />Board Member Shepherd <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and the t¥11owing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />thc 7fi, day of April, 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-091 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
