(?ouncihncmber Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-232 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0730 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM PAUL AND CATHERINE SILLS FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A BUSINESS IN A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON THE <br />I'ROPERTY LOCATED AT 8751 162ND LANE NW. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Paul & Catherine Sills <br />requesting an Interim Use Permit to operate a graphics equipment and supplies business in a <br />detached accessory building located on the property generally known as 8751 162nd Lane NW <br />~md leg~dly described as follows: <br /> <br />I,ot 2, Block 1, North Fork Oaks 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />I/AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That on June 8, 2005, Paul and Catherine Sills, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants", <br />properly applied for an Interim Use Permit to operate a graphics equipment and supplies <br />business in a detached accessory building. <br /> <br />That the Applicants appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the City Code on July 7, 2005, and that said public <br />hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is zoned PUD-Planned Unit Development, and the surrounding <br />l~rolgerties are also zoned PUD-Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property is approximately 1.5 acres. <br /> <br />5. That the Subject Property is surrounded by lots that are similar in size. <br /> <br />That both the principal dwelling and the accessory building are located on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />7. 'l'hat the Applicants reside at and are the fee title owners of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That a minimum of three (3) acres is required to be eligible for an Accessory Structure <br />l lomc Occupation Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
