10. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />t6. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />That the Applicants' property is about one and a half (1.5) acres and therefore are not <br />eligible to apply for an Accessory Structure Home Occupation Permit but can apply for an <br />Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />That the same standards for an Accessory Structure Home Occupation Permit will apply <br />and, by definition, the Interim Use Permit would be limited to a maximum of five (5) <br />years. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are requesting the Interim Use Permit for the full five (5) years. <br /> <br />That the Applicants own and operate the graphics equipment and supplies business and <br />employ one, part-time non-resident employee. <br /> <br />ri'hat orders are received from their customers through their website, by telephone, or by <br />visiting customers' locations. <br /> <br />'l'bat approximately 90% of all products ordered through the Applicants' business are <br />shipped directly from their suppliers to the customer; the remaining 10% of products are <br />shipped fi'om the Subject Property by a delivery service such as SpeeDee on a daily basis. <br /> <br />'l'hat the Applicants receive ground deliveries about two (2) to three (3) times per week <br />from services such as UPS or FedEx. <br /> <br />~l'hat the average number of vehicle trips generated during a standard business day is six <br />(6) but that on rare occasions, may reach ten (10). <br /> <br />That under the Accessory Structure Home Occupation Permit regulations, vehicle trips <br />are limited to two (2) trips per hour per standard eight (8) hour business day or sixteen <br />( l 6) vehicle trips within a twenty-four (24) hour period. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that they do not generally have customers coming to the <br />Subject Property, however, if or when one does, it is by appointment only. <br /> <br />~l'hat the Applicant's business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and that the <br />standard hours for the non-resident, part-time employee are Monday-Friday 10am - 2pm. <br /> <br />That there is a small window sign, approximately two (2) square feet in size, displayed on <br />thc door to the accessory building used to direct delivery services to the correct building. <br /> <br />~l'hat the detached accessory building is located in an area that is screened on three (3) <br />sides by trees and other vegetation and is located further back from the front lot line than <br />thc home, so that its position is rather inconspicuous. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-232 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
