N¢)W TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On July 26, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to l'aul & Catherine Sills ("Permit Holder") to operate a graphics equipment and supplies business in a detached accessory building located on the property generally known as 8751 162nd Lane NW and legally described as follows: 1,or 2, Block 1, North Fork Oaks 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (thc "Subject Property") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: ~l'hat the term of this Permit shall initially be one (1) year but shall also include four (4) successive, automatic one-year renewals provided there are no unresolved Permit violalions on record at the expiration of each of the one (1) year periods. That this Permit shall remain in effect until July 26, 2010 provided that the Permit Holder complies with the terms herein and those of City Code Section 9.11.04. 5. ~l'hat thc established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. 'l'hat thc nmnber of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per standard eight hour business day or 16 trips within a 24-hour period, and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries and customer and employee trips.
