'l'hat the Permit Holder may utilize a two square foot (1 foot by 2 feet) window sign on <br />thc door of the accessory building. <br /> <br />That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br />ri'hat under no circumstance can the Permit Holder subdivide the Subject Property to <br />create a situation that results in the detached accessory structure being located on a <br />separate parcel from the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 (Off-Street Parking) of City <br />Code. <br /> <br />That there shall be no more than one (1) non-resident employee, whether they are <br />temporary, part-ti~ne, or full-time employees, at any given time. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Should thc Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />tcrminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />thc same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />o I~ thc Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />thc Permit Holder. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />~l'he Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />'l'he Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />cnlbrcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion tbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />.IcI'fi'ey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Cotmcilmember Strommen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-233 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
