6. That thc Applicant's approved plan consisted of exporting a total of approximately 200,000 <br /> yards of earth material. <br /> <br />7. That tile Applicant has stated that the estimated completion date to export the remaining earth <br /> material is August 3 I, 2005, and is therefore requesting a 90 (ninety) day permit. <br /> <br />That the City Engineer inspected the Subject Property on July 1, 2005 and determined the <br />tbllowing: a) the perimeter of the excavation needs to be reshaped to a 4:1 slope; and b) the <br />Applicant is not in total compliance with the phasing plan that requires all but a maximum of <br />5 acres of excavation area to be established with turf. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed haul route for incoming and outgoing trucks <br /> will bc fi'om the site directly north for a distance of 1,200 feet to County Road #63. <br /> <br />l 0. That no fill ~naterials, except topsoil for restoration, are proposed to be imported to the site. <br /> <br />11. That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity. <br /> <br />12. That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed grading <br /> plan. <br /> <br />13. That thc plan proposes to maintain silt fence along the perimeter of Wetland. <br /> <br />14. That the grading operation will increase the traffic to and from the subject property for the <br /> pe,'iod of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />t5. That thc proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> w~l ueo f surrounding property. <br /> <br />17. That lhc proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> I_ISGS. <br /> <br />t8. That thc proposed use will not be a substantial improvement to property in the immediate <br /> vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />19. Thai tile proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />20.
