Councihncmber Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 05-07-235A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY MEADOWS 5th ADDITION WItEREAS, T.M.H. Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applicd lbr final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Tha! part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is now laid out and traveled, said point being 93 feet southeasterly, as measured along said center line, from the northeasterly extension of the southeasterly line of Block 3 Gorham's Addition; thence south 64 degrees 18 minutes west on a line parallel to the southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 340 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continue south 64 degrees 18 minutes west on same described line a distance of 36.78 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 103.25 feet a distance of 113.96 feet; thence south 1 degree 03 minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 345.42 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to thc fight having a radius of 115.75 feet a distance of 121.49 feet thence south 61 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds west a distance of 286.99 feet; thence north 1 degree 03 minutes 40 seconds east a distance of 534.42 feet to a point which is 160 feet sot~lhcasterly of, as measured at right angles to, the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence north 64 degrees, 18 minutes east on a line parallel to the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 57.52 feet; thence north 11 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds west a distance et' 164.92 feet to a point on the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence northeasterly on said southwesterly extension a distance of 110 feet to a point which is 330 feet southwesterly of the northwest coruer of said Block 3 said distance being measured along the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 160 feet; thence northeasterly on a line parallel to the southwesterly extension of the southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 220 feet; thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 33 lbct to the point of beginning.
