WltEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary plat for Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition from T.M.H. Development, Inc.; and WitEREAS, on March 3, 2005, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition and rccommcndcd City Council approval of same; and WltEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat and rccommended that park dedication fees be paid to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WltEREAS, on June 14, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat subject to compliancc with City Staff Review Letter dated February 25, 2005, revised June 10, 2005; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2005, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for Ramscy Mcadows 5th Addition. I'~OW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 22, 2005 b) Thc Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec (',ouncilmember Elvig Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Cook Councilmember Olson (;ouncilmember Pearson Councihnembcr Strommen and thc lbllowing voted against the same: and the following abstained: None and thc following were absent: None RESOLUTION #05-07-235A Page 2 of 3
