Council Adopts 2022 Utility Rates The City Council has adopted the 2022 Schedule of Rates,Fees and Charges.These rates represent the fees charged for City services including utility services for water,sewer,storm water management, street lighting,and recycling.The following chart outlines the new 2022 utility rates in comparison with 2021 rates.These new rates go into effect January 1, 2022.Most residents will see the rate change for applicable services on their first quarter utility statement distributed in April 2022.
