Commissioner Henke suggested this be addressed as a case at the next Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Childs stated that we gave this group the authority to deal with this and he trusts <br />that the process was fair. <br /> <br />Commissioner Henke responded that she did not feel the process was ineffective. <br /> <br />Commissioner Vogt stated that we, as a Commission, gave the permission/authority of these <br />three gentleman to do this. They did and in his opinion, due diligence is done. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Childs and seconded by Commissioner Vogt to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Kiefer, Commissioners Childs, Vogt, Henke and <br />Netzloff. Voting No: None.
