Agreement and the Riverstone South Final Plat on February 25, 2022 to allow tree clearing work <br /> to commence during the first week of March to help prevent Oak wilt; and <br /> WHEREAS,bids for Improvement Project#22-05 will be opened March 11, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will be asked to award a construction contract for <br /> Improvement Project#22-05 to the lowest responsible bidder on March 22, 2022, upon condition <br /> that the three Assessment Agreements shall be executed in advance upon receiving City Attorney <br /> final approval as to legal form. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the three Assessment Agreements for <br /> Improvement Project #20-05, Riverdale Drive Extension, Llama Street to Bowers Drive <br /> contingent upon receiving City Attorney final approval as to legal form. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 22nd day of February, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution#22-056 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
