Chairperson Nixt suggested the applicant have color renderings for the City Council meeting. Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to recommend that the City C~mncil approve the proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated August 25, 2005, with color renderings to be provided for the Council.
