From: Donna Mattson <br />To: Chris Anderson <br />Subject: Corrected email / PACT School <br />Date: Monday, February 28, 2022 3:12:57 PM <br />Chris Anderson, (I corrected this email to say storm sewer not water) <br />I'm writing in regards to 7633 161 st Ave NW proposed PACT Charter School planned for our <br />residential neighborhood. <br />I live right across the street and I'm opposed to this school being built at this location due to <br />the negative impact it will have on our properties. The site plan shows building the lot to <br />maximum to the point of over building. The storm sewer will harm our wells and septic systems. <br />The city should not be forcing us into a situation where we would need city water and sewer <br />which we don't need for want. I have owned and lived here since they built this neighborhood <br />40 years ago. All the wells were installed at 80 feet and this would negatively impact them <br />and our sewers. Also 1 don't want our tree lined street destroyed by the road work the School <br />would require.
