The site plan shows building the lot to <br /> maximum to the point of over building. The storm sewer will harm our wells and septic systems. <br /> The city should not be forcing us into a situation where we would need city water and sewer <br /> which we don't need for want.I have owned and lived here since they built this neighborhood <br /> 40 years ago.All the wells were installed at 80 feet and this would negatively impact them <br /> and our sewers.Also I don't want our tree lined street destroyed by the road work the School <br /> would require.Trees are the only site and sound buffer we have from Central Park. <br /> Please do not approve#5 Policy Board Business# 1 on the EPB Agenda for Monday,February 28,2022. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Donna Mattson <br /> 7808 161 st Ave NW <br /> Ramsey MN 55303 <br />
