She stated that the subject property is approximately 6.5 acres in size, is zoned R-1 <br />Residential Rural Developing, and is owned by the applicant's parents, William and Susan <br />~;tcvc~lsotl. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated that training would be completed by 6 <br />p.m. each evening. She noted that there is no use of firearms on the subject property and Mr. <br />Stevenson has also agreed not to use any starter pistols on the property. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated that Mr. Stevenson has indicated that <br />thc dogs would be boarded in the indoor kennel every night. She indicated that Staff is <br />recommending approval. <br /> <br />I'ublic llcaring <br /> <br />(ihairperson Nixt opened the public hearing at 9:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Bt-ucc Buchcrt, 8110 173rd Avenue, stated he put together the letter from the neighbors.
