CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, November 23, <br /> 2021, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Ryan Heineman <br /> Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Economic Development Manager Sean Sullivan <br /> Finance Director Diana Lund <br /> Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Communications and Events Coordinator Megan Thorstad <br /> Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher—attended remotely <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> Senior Planner Chloe McGuire Brigl <br /> City Attorney Fritz Knaak <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Communications Quarterly Update - Q3 2021 <br /> Communications and Events Coordinator Thorstad reviewed the 3rd Quarter Communications <br /> Update, including the months of July, August and September 2021. The Council had requested <br /> quarterly updates as a part of the Communications strategic plan that was approved in March 2021. <br /> Mayor Kuzma asked if the website was due for refreshing soon. <br /> Communications and Events Coordinator Thorstad confirmed it is due in 2022. <br /> Mayor Kuzma commented that he has received feedback that the website is difficult to navigate <br /> and asked if tracking is being done on complaints regarding navigation. <br /> City Council Work Session /November 23, 2021 <br /> Page 1 of 15 <br />
