He reviewed the staff report. He stated wards have to be <br /> established by ordinance and tonight the is the introduction of the ordinance. He stated precincts <br /> are established by resolution which will be detailed in the next meeting. By State law, forecasts <br /> have to be completed by March in order to stay in compliance.
