Hagen replied he was still on the first one. <br /> Councilmember Specht stated he would like to see this get passed tonight but that there wasn't <br /> enough information from Staff and details worked out and that it would have to be pushed off to <br /> another meeting. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich recommended withdrawing the original motion with the second, and to <br /> postpone this item until the next regular meeting and direct Staff to bring back a resolution to <br /> approve this development with certain conditions that are to be worked out. <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff asked they were within the 60 day window. <br /> Deputy City Administrator/Community Dev. Director Hagen replied yes they are. <br /> Councilmember Specht stated he would withdraw the motion. <br /> Councilmember Heineman withdrew his second to the motion. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Heineman, to move this item to <br /> a definitive date of the next regular City Council session to be on the agenda for review. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Specht, Heineman, Howell, <br /> Musgrove, Riley, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.06: Introduce Ordinance#22-16 Establishing Boundary Lines for the City of Ramsey <br /> Ward System <br /> City Engineer IV Linton emphasized that this is a once every ten-year opportunity precipitated by <br /> the census of the United States. He reviewed the staff report. He stated wards have to be <br /> established by ordinance and tonight the is the introduction of the ordinance. He stated precincts <br /> are established by resolution which will be detailed in the next meeting. By State law, forecasts <br /> have to be completed by March in order to stay in compliance.
