Absent: Commissioner Johns. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Recommend Park Dedication for Clemens Addition <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that on Tuesday, February 6, 2001 the Planning Commission <br />recommended sketch plan approval for a minor subdivision referred to as the Clemens Addition. <br />The property is located at the comer of Ebony Street NW and 137th Avenue NW in the Riverside <br />West subdivision. The Park and Trail Plan map shows no parks or trails needed relating to this site. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos recommended the park dedication be satisfied by a $1,300 cash <br />payment, and a $325 trail fee also due at the time of plat recording. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Droegemueller, seconded by Commissioner Rolfe, to recommend the park <br />dedication be satisfied by a $1,300 cash payment, and a $325 trail fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Droegemueller, Rolfe, LaMere, and <br />Ostrum. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Johns. <br /> <br />Case #2: Consider Annualized Agenda Calendar <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that the purpose of the case was to create a list of annual <br />agenda items that are addressed each year.
