1) <br />2) <br /> <br />Andover and Ramsey Community Center Update <br />Development at Elmcrest Park <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the last Elmcrest Park Concept Plan Steering Committee meeting. <br />Motion by Commissioner Rolfe, seconded by Chair Cook, to recommend the Council authorize Staff <br />to contact landowners and MNDOT to explore the costs of an access onto Trunk Highway 47 from <br />Elmcrest Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Rolfe, Droegemueller, LaMere, and <br />Ostrum. Voting No: None.
